My Bolova watch needed small crystals to replace ones that had fallen out on the rim and band so I visited the repair shop near my home. Joseph did a phenomenal job not only securing the small crystals that he didn't have in stock, but also replacing the battery and watch face. I was very impressed with their service - worth the wait!
I stopped in to get three new watch bands and Michelle was so kind, helpful and thorough! She texted me when ordered band was in. Great customer service and follow through! I will definitely use them in the future!
Joseph and Ginny are wonderful to work with. I have been a customer for years. Joseph has custom made one of a kind jewelry for me that I love wearing today as much as when I first put it on. When my son proposed to his beautiful bride, he did so with a solitaire diamond ring and told her she could work with Joseph to design a custom wedding ring. The ring is just gorgeous and she now has a wedding ring as unique and amazing as she is. Joseph is a true artesian jeweler, a craftsman. The showroom has a nice selection of beautiful pieces as well. Trust, quality and fair price has made me a life-long customer, I wouldn’t think if going anywhere else.
