My birthday bouquet was never delivered, even though I provided two phone numbers in case of confusion. The phone number constantly goes to a full voicemail and I have yet to receive an explanation as to why was not delivered. I can't deliver a birthday bouquet not on a birthday. Hugely disappointed.
