Not helpful at all with iPhone upgrades. I checked my account online and made sure I was eligible and was told that I was on a finance plan. Wasted 30 minutes in store and got no where with them. Came home and called T-Mobile and they upgraded my phone in 5 minutes and said I was eligible. Don’t waste your time here.

Best place to deal anything T-Mobile. This place is the best dealer I have ever been for T-Mobile. In my over 10 years of being on T-Mobile, this dealer have served better than any of the dealers or even corporate stores I've been to.
