Its not often that I have to visit O'Reilly Auto Parts but when I do, these are my goto guys and gals. The store is always clean and smells great. The staff is always extremely welcoming and makes sure I know exactly where things are in the store. They also offer to assist with any parts I might be looking for as well. As an O'Reilly Auto Parts member they also ensure that I get as many discounts as possible when I do shop too. Always a pleasure to visit this location!

Lazy uncommunicative staff. You’re there to provide a service. I shouldn’t have to pull the words out of you with a wrench. Also, greeting a customer when no one else is in the store seams to be common sense. Not at this location. 2 people behind the desks doing nothing and it took them 2 minutes to make eye contact.

Ordered parts by phone and was assured they will be there promptly. Went in to pickup parts and nobody there had a clue as to where my parts where. Computer did show they were there, but none to be had. Car repair had to be postponed due to their inefficiency. Never again. Going NAPA next time. Never had a problem there.
