Great dealership. No games, straight honest and helpful. Very simple, I found a car at the price I was comfortable of paying online. Did everything via phone and email and came in to sign the paperwork. They explained details well to me and helped me figure out the best option for me. Everyone at the dealership was super nice! It almost get like I was being helped by friends or family. Highly recommend!!!

This dealership was great. They took the time to help me find the perfect car and made everything easy. I was given the friendliest service ever. The team certainly helped me out of that bind with their top tier service. I had trouble with another dealership, and this one was nearby and went above and beyond to help me out with my cars needs. The service was the absolute truth! From the time we arrived to walking out the door into my new car I received A1 service!!

The cars being sold are cars that have been traded in at dealerships and do not sell. The vehicle I went to look at was from the North with some undercarriage rust I was told. WOW the vehicle leaked from the oil cooler, and the rust was beyond repair! the back door hatch wont open from the outside and when I went to look for the button to pop it open rusty metal fell from the rear door. The top of the front windshield was rusted all along the top edge, and one of the front headlight covers was broken. The vehicle did not stay in park when the 4wheel stick was in neutral! Justin was extremely rude and got very angry as I pointed out everything that was wrong with the vehicle in order to try and help them so they would not be sued down the road with misinformation. If you are going to sell vehicles, know the history and everything about a used vehicle, its called VIN# research! My advice, STAY away, they are cars that obviously has something majorly wrong with them and they then go to auction where these are purchased quickly!

The tires on the truck i liked had cracks all thru ought the tires. The customer service wasn’t good either. My salesman had little to no care about issues I was pointing out. I decided to go ahead and hop in the truck and try it out since I drove an hour to see it. The truck wouldn’t even crank. At this point I just cut my losses and left immediately. Had a terrible experience.

It is my 2nd time buying a very special vehicle from out of state. I am so pleased that I called United Auto Gallery in Suwanee GA. I drove from Tampa Bay for this gorgeous BMW M6 Cabriolet. The dealer has clean quality vehicles at a very reasonable price. Clara and Justin with their friendly service helped me decide to take the trip. They sent me pictures, videos, Carfax and all information they had available. They told me that the vehicle was checked out by their mechanics and it had checked out fine. I had been burned before so I had a reputable local shop do a full inspetion etc and give me their honest assessment. The vehicle checked out great. Mr Iman the owner spoke to me what he knew about the vehicle, and explained his motto of providing the public quality vehicles mechanically sound at a very competitive price. I am very happy I took this beautiful trip and drove a great vehicle back home.nThank you Clara, Justin, and Iman!
