I picked up my Gold Rolex watch today at Greensboro Jewelers. The bracelet was broken and Mark had to make a piece to put it back together. It's absolutely gorgeous! It's as bright gold as it was the day I received it and it's impossible to tell, even with a magnifying glass, that it's been repaired. Thank you so much MarK

If I could give them six stars, I would!! Absolutely loved my experience with Greensboro Jewelers! Their employees are so kind and Mark appraised my engagement ring in under a week. I’ve just moved here to Greensboro and will definitely use them for my jewelry needs from now on. Highly recommend!!
Awful experience. We try to support local businesses, but cannot do that here. We paid for a pearl necklace to be repaired. The repaired necklace came back with a clasp so small that we couldn’t easily unclasp it. The person helping us insisted that the clasp had to be original because of the construction, and could no be replaced. He made a comment that he couldn’t fix my lack of dexterity. We asked him for a larger second clasp on the mini clasp. We picked up the necklace today to find they had replaced the very small clasp with a comically large clasp....I’m sorry businesses act this way.... I’d shop elsewhere.
