I’m embarrassed that I even thought of going to The Home Depot, when there’s a shop like Askew Appliance nearby! Their professionalism, attention to detail, prices, and genuine friendliness will save you headaches and leave you smiling and confident that your appliances will work when you need them. They even keep a file of your appliances and history, so you don’t have to turn yourself into a pretzel looking for part numbers again!
We had someone come out from Askew to service washer. When he arrived, washer was working just fine. Expected to pay for the visit. Was a little surprised to be charged $115. More surprised about the lack of customer service when I called about the bill. The service department didn’t seem to care at all about my complaint or losing me as a customer. So unfortunate!
Chris was extremely helpful as we navigated our new construction project.
Very helpful with refrigerator dead this a.m. in the middle of the pandemic. Gave us an appt. to come in right away, sending someone this afternoon to measure our tight space, offered a possible loaner if a delay in delivery. We already know Tommy is their repairman extraordinaire. Buying local is always the best!
As a customer and someone who’s been recommending this company for years, I strongly suggest calling them before making a final decision on your appliances. They’re a family owned business and the customer service shows just that.
