They like all dealerships advertise prices to entice you by showing ALL possible incentives, even if the majority of people can't get them and that is an issue with the industry as a whole. Get past the advertising hype and they were honest and easy to deal with.

I was looking for a particular truck; Manny and Nathan kept an eye out, sent me a video, looked at my trade in and made a proposal via phone and email. When I arrived to look at the truck in person, it was exactly as described, they honored all the details of the trade in, and helped me out with an extra key for my truck. Closing the deal was pretty quick and painless, and while we did that they buffed out a couple of scratches so my 2019 truck looks PERFECT. All the people I encountered were helpful and friendly, and I've been assured that should I have ANY problems at all, they'll make it right. I have no doubt they will honor that promise.

My wife and I drove about an hour from Augusta to Jimmy Britt Chevrolet to look at a used vehicle they had online. I called that morning to make sure they still had the vehicle and they said yes and made an appointment for that afternoon to look at the vehicle. When we got there we were told by the salesman that came out to greet us that the vehicle was sold. We were disappointed and ready to go. The salesman apologized asked us to take a look at some of the similar vehicles they had available. We were aware of the other similar vehicles because we had looked at them online. They had good discounts available on their new vehicles so we asked about a particular vehicle and without any questions the salesman ran and grabbed the keys and took us for a test drive. The salesman worked hard to get on our good side because he knew we were still upset. The test drive went well and we liked the car. So we asked him about the pricing and the discounts that were online. The salesman explained how the discounts worked and said he would do his best to get us as many of them as possible. So we agreed to give him a chance. He brought us back a couple of options that were pretty good and explained each one. We ended up agreeing on one and purchased the vehicle. The salesman gave us his undivided attention and developed a good relationship with us. In the end we were happy with how our trip turned out. We did not expect to purchase a new vehicle but they gave us a good deal we couldn't turn down.
