Just bought a 20-20 Silverado 3500 from Jimmy Britt Greensboro Georgia. Brandon Welsh did a great job as I am not easy to work with. All of the staff was very friendly. I would and have recommended them to my friends and although they are a good trip away from me I will do business with them again. Thank you guys!

In the last year I have purchased two vehicles from Jimmy Britt in Greensboro. Both experiences were excellent! My wife and I both travel a lot for work and put a lot of miles on our vehicles which means I typically buy at least one new vehicle per year. I have dealt with dealers all over the southeast and never purchased from the same dealership twice until I shopped with Jimmy Britt. The first experience was so good that when it was time for my wife to get a new vehicle we first shopped around but quickly decided to go back to Jimmy Britt and see what they had to offer. The second experience was just as great as the first and the deal this time was even better! I will definitely do business there again next year when it’s time for my next vehicle.

I spoke with the internet sales manager Brandon yesterday about a GMC Sierra and was told to come today that it was being UCI, and that I could come today and buy it. I live almost 2 hours away and we drove there this morning only to receive a text message and a phone call as I drove onto the lot that the truck had a deposit on it and that it was sold. I was upset that we had driven 2 hours and now had to drive back 2 hours and not being able to purchase the truck that I was told to come and buy today. Yet I was told well the manager did not let him know that the truck had a deposit on it and that it was sold. I gave Jimmy Britt dealerships a second chance after I was told at the one in Dublin that a Ram 2500 that I had went and looked at and wanted to buy but it had the check engine light on it was to go through the shop and as soon as it was UCI I was to be called and me go and buy it yet they sold it to someone else and again all I get is well I'm sorry. I was told give them a second chance to make things right yet I did and this was the way I was treated. I really don't understand Jimmy Britt dealerships!

BE WARE! WATCH OUT!!!! They will set the bait! They texted me Saturday at 3:30pm wanting to know how soon I could be there. I told them 45 minutes! She returned my call and said they were closing at 5 could I make an appointment Monday and I did for 11am but called and changed it to 130 while all this time they were texting me to confirm my appointment. I arrived an hour early saw the car on the lot. When I went inside They said it had been delivered Saturday and the manager,Keith said he sold it Saturday, that he was there until 7pm! She would never look me in the eye and even said that was not the same vehicle on the lot. When we left out we checked the VIN number and it was the same as the one I was there to drive! They LIE! Lost out on my business!!! I went the same day to Milledgeville GA to BOB CHILDRE and spent my money!
