I have always had a terrible experience with spirit airlines in fort lauderdale, FL which is my home airport. The fort Lauderdale employees really left a bad taste in my mouth for spirit, but after missing my jetblue flight in Atlanta, I had to buy a spirit flight back home and I was not happy. Boy the employees in ATL are way nicer than Fort Lauderdale. These nice people found my lost phone, wrapped it real nice and mailed it to me. I am forever grateful.
Terrible service all around.
Lacks credibility. Needs to improve a lot.
