I agree with the previous post. I don’t want to blame the whole establishment, but your employees are a reflection of you. Kel ... her ig name is braids_by_k3l will take your deposit, keep rescheduling, will tell you that the day you arrive her phone might be dead, let you know at 1:00am that the rest of your payment needs to be cash. It was just to much and skeptical. I already bought the hair, coming to your home, and you want me to do all this extra stuff. When you ask for your deposit back ($20), it’s oh my cash app don’t work. I feel like if she was that desperate I would have gave her the money, I love to support the homeless, but to lead false services is not cool. Very unprofessional!! RUN AWAY!

They are using womens hair loss for their personal gain. Why is it that a woman with less hair than most be charged double or triple for a hair style? There is really no additional time being added. Each stylist claims to have a story of how they’ve restored clients self esteem and hope and starts they care for clients suffering from alopecia or loosing hair for numerous reasons but then charge additional by the hundreds! Many women want that feeling back and out of desperateness will pay. It’s cruel for these young ladies to take advantage and capitalize off of it. So much for women having each other’s backs.

Never been, but i am itching to come get braided up. Heard wonderful things about this particular salon!! ❤❤

I watched my sisters excitement get snatched away with a text. My sister suffers from elopecia and has been wearing cover up hairstyles for years, hiding what she thought to be the worse thing in life. She showed me so many post from Trina’s work and bosted about her saying she must be heaven sent and could not wait for her to lay her hands on her head. She saved her money for the hair do ($285 and up) flight to Georgia, and hotel. Paid the requested deposit then marked the calendar and counted down to the appointment which was made over two months in advance. Well a little over a week before the appointment she gets a pop up text telling her that her appointment had to be rescheduled to a day that was upcoming within the next three days. She explained to the “assistant” who booked her appointment and was obviously texting her; that the airline was not going to waive a change flight fee and shed be basically out of money spent on the flight. My sister was told that the stylist was off that week scheduled and because of the length of her hair it’s only that particular stylist Trina who could service her. There where statements made within the text from the assistant that even appeared insulting and attitudish and assistant was the one who booked the appointment incorrectly. This shop has clients taking flights to be serviced which would usually mean something or speak volumes. But the unprofessionalism and remorseless efforts shown in this case is just wrong and unjust. My sis suffered and experienced a financial lost and for lack of better words an total let down. A smack in the face. It’s sad. Shameful
