Paul D West is an amazing school that focuses on providing learning opportunities for our students that many of them would never receive otherwise. We are a growing AVID School (Advancement Via Individual Determination) and have been working diligently to prepare students for life after high school with an emphasis on college preparedness. The Administration and Staff work together to ensure the needs of our students are met and exceeded. I am proud to be a PDW Panther!!

You might as well home school your kids being that they are always home. These people don't care about our kids. They don't know how to handle these kids so the only options they have is suspension. How is that helping our kids?. Dr.Edward and Mr. Smith 6th grade assistant principal, they are just females in disguise. Please don't send your kids to this school because you will regret it.

The staff & administration are amazing. Many people in this review section are complaining about their children being suspended, but maybe if you disciplined your children they wouldn’t have gotten suspended in the first place. The teachers try their absolute best, but the students make the learning environment hostile. After, coming from a school in Sandy Springs the administration is lovely, the students are horrible.

I attended this school in 6th grade, and I have to say that it is full of surprises!! It's a great school with its own personality and I really enjoyed myself there!! Yes it has its ups and downs but so does every school in the world, and everyone is different so everyone meshes with different things... Differently!!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE SCHOOL ... I WOULD NOT SEND MY DOG TO THIS SCHOOL. THE STAFF , ADMINISTRATORS AND SOME STAFF DO NOT MAKE THIS A GREAT LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. THE SCHOOLS DOES NOT FOLLOW IEP PROTOCOL FOR SPECIAL NEED CHILDREN AND THE TEACHERS HARASS , BELITTLE AND INTIMIDATE THESE CHILDREN. I WILL CONTINUE TO CONTACT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION , UNTIL THERE ARE CHANGES MADE TO THIS SCHOOL. THIS SCHOOL DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!
