Worst post office! Be ready to stay in long lines here. The workers try to be friendly but I understand when you only have one worker assisting. With the amount of residents in East Point this is unacceptable! Every time I come here it’s extremely slow. Now I just go to another local post office because I am treated better and have less of a wait. EAST POINT POST OFFICE DO BETTER AND GET MORE WORKERS THAT ACTUALLY HELP THERE COWORKERS!
The workers here are the most disrespectful, not polite, not helpful people I've ever encounter. I have been living in this area for 5 years and every time I come, they treat you so bad. They don't have international stamps, they don't have regular stamps!!! Like ever!! Is like why are you even open?? Yet alone the line here is always so long because the workers are doing their own thing, not helping the customers. East point!! Please step up and do something!!! Because the mail delivery people work SO HARD in our neighborhood but the workers at this post office are not.
Great post office if you have prepaid for your shipping. They have a well marked area for customers to drop off packages. Very helpful employees.
These people had the audacity to not forward a check that I was looking for to my new address that has been in the postal system for 10 months now and to send it back to the agency it came from! I get all of my other mail and bills forwarded to my current address with the yellow paper on the front of the envelope with my current address on it, but you don't put it on my check that I need? Im beyond disgusted at this post office and so glad that I left from around this area and don't have to use the services from here or the surrounding businesses ever again!
I've been going here for over 4 years! They have very good service and short wait times
