Great service and friendly staff! Pretty much make me feel at home everything I visit. The doctors are great too! They listen to my concerns about my health, especially Dr. Edward's. I would recommend him to everyone.

I was impressed by the attention that was given, providing safety against COVID-19. No one was allowed to enter the premises, before having their temperature checked and having a mask on. The receptionist were professional and very helpful. I was called to the back within a reasonable time. The technician had taken care of me in timely manner with care. I was very great full. Time is valuable and so is good customer service. I was pleased to receive both at this establishment. Thank you for the great service.

I normally don’t leave reviews. Everyone’s experience won’t be the same. However, with this being an urgent care facility and people’s health at hand, I felt the need to. My visit here was very distasteful. I called before I arrived due to shortness of breath caused by my asthma. When I arrived, no one was at the desk for a few minutes. The front desk attendee eventually came, made eye contact with me and did not speak. I remained polite because I’m always conscious of how I treat others. She asked if I was the one who just called. I advised her that I was. She had no urgency (other than taking a payment) what so ever. She handed me paperwork to fill out and left again. Once my visit was over I politely waited until she was finished checking someone else in. She was supposed to let me know what pharmacy was open to get my inhaler from. Again, she looked at me and acted like I wasn’t standing there to be assisted. (If the lady with the red hair is at the counter, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!) She lacks customer service skills and should not be in the health care field!nnThe nurse was very polite. I wasn’t able to catch her name.nnPHILIP HENDERSON IS THE WORST DOCTOR I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! I was advised by the nurse that they do offer breathing machine treatment for asthma patients. Phillip Henderson told me they don’t have breathing machines at their location. The nurse looked at him in confusion, his response was “SHE DOESN’T NEED IT!” So he lied to my face! He basically wrote me a prescription for an inhaler and sent me on my way. If you have asthma and your chest is tight, no one knows your body like you. You know when an attack can occur. Doctor’s shouldn’t prolong difficulty breathing by sending you to go find an open pharmacy after hours for a pump. Because HE doesn’t think it’s severe enough. IF YOU WANT BETTER QUALITY, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!

Location was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall experience was longer due to number of clients waiting. Once I was in the process of my screening the people's performance was a little under experienced.
