CVS Pharmacy

This CVS pharmacy location deserves a negative star! I read all previous reviews of the location and saw how horrible an experience others had but YET I decided to give them a try. Why? Why? I’m still smacking myself. Firstly, I dropped off prescriptions for 3 different people around 9:30/10AM this morning and checked back around 3pm to be told “It’s not ready”....okay, I can come back. I’m a health care provider and I get it that things happen. I received a text that prescription is ready and I returned an hour later at 4pm only to find out just 1 prescription is ready and at this point, I’m told “come back and we will have the rest of your prescription ready for you”. Ooookay, come back when??? “Maybe in the next 10 minutes”. Alright so I went and got my hair done and called around 8pm for the representative to say, “It’s not ready but we’ll work on it now and by the time you get here it will be”... WHAT ARE THEY DOING AT THIS LOCATION???? Now, I’m getting a little agitated. I then said, “well I’m coming to pick up my prescriptions to have them filled somewhere else” and the representative says, “It’s up to you!” WOW!!!! Really! Poorest of customer service. Needless to say, my daughter went without her medication and I will transfer my entire household and all of my family members out of CVS to where we don’t have to suffer pain as my young daughter who didn’t get her meds because of these idiots they hired at this location. I’ve filed a complaint!

CVS sent me a text. Would you like to refill my medicine? I get a text that it's ready. I drive there and wait in the drive thru for like 20 minutes in the drive thru. Pharmacy worker asks if I have insurance? Yes I have the same insurance I always have (and used last week). Here are my cards, ok well can you pull off to the side and I'll call them and then call you over. 20 more minutes waiting, she signals me to drive back around and get back in line. With the same amount of cars as earlier that took 20+ minutes.nI'm not waiting in a line I already waited in so I walk up to the window and she's like I can't service walk ups. And I'm like just give me my cards and I leave.nnShe then calls to apologise for the confusion, but insurance will only cover it so often and I was like yeah I know this, but you guys texted me asking if I wanted to refill it and so I said yes bc obviously CVS knows something I don't, plus I'm going on vacation and it would be nice to fill it now and not the day before I leave.nnIt's frustrating because I had to wait for forever for the cars in front of me, but I was made to pull off to the side, rather than her handle my issue like she handled the people before me, and then she told me to get back in line and wait more. The automated text alert system is broken and so was the way she handled it.

Never crowed. Always fast service at the pharmacy.
