Friendly staff
Over all the library is nice for this location if you know what I mean.. I’ve been coming here for an year never had a problem, but to day I actually needed something I needed 3 plain sheets of printer paper I was rewriting a letter to have faxed and mailed to 3 different Offices I forgot to bring paper.. I’m human it happens no big deal right? Wrong apparently I’m told by a 17 year old that I can’t have paper I offered to pay he still looks lost.. he then offers me scrap paper I explain again for the second time why I need fresh paper. He walks over to ask if he can give me paper for someone else she asks me the same thing.. now I’m annoyed. I tell her the same thing once again and then he walks over and hands me 1 sheet of paper I asked him for the other 2 he looks at me lost once again.. when have it ever in life been hard to get paper at the library is beyond me.. I have never been refused paper in my life.. they may need to work on that and not have us answer the same question over and over like I’m 5... I did get my paper from someone sitting near me.. other then that come prepared I can only imagine how hard it is to get a pencil..!
The library is very nice, however, I wish I could say the same for the employees that worked there. The gentlemen that assisted me had a pleasant tone, but the woman that came out to assist, as the line was long, was very condescending and her tone was very unpleasant. She spoke with snarky words and could tell she was being very fake and phoney. I'm very glad I do not live in this county, as the library is supposed to be a peaceful, pleasant experience, and she made it one of the worst experiences I've had in a library! I only wish she had on a name tag so I could put her name in the review!
Beautiful, friendly and the staff here although young are all very helpful to the public. They provide great services here from computers to copy services for the general public..thank u so much Forest Park!!
