If I could give 10 stars I would! We as real estate agents know that in real estate ANYTHING can happen last minute on a transaction and it did! Kellco sure came through and saved the day ! I was told by a national well known brand that they would charge $250 for a termite letter. Kellco charged what I had known it to be standard in the past $75. They will be the first that I refer all my buyer/clients to. As well as who I refer the agents that I train to.
Very friendly. The technician explained everything he was going to do before he did it, which made me more comfortable. I have noticed a decrease in bug activity. I'm pleased with their service.
Kellco did an awesome job! I called and they came right over and handled my issue in a friendly, professional manner. Also impressed with their level of care and cleanliness during the Covid-19 crisis (gloves, face masks and shoe covers were used). Will continue to use them in the future and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

They are phenomenal. Kelly is so sweet and does her best to be accommodating. The technician is very professional and personable. Knowledgeable and always tells me what to expect and what’s going on. They do excellent work!
