Karyn at BI has worked tirelessly with us since last Summer on a challenging furniture design. She has been professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and accommodating. The entire experience has been very positive. We are anticipating the first delivery of perhaps several tomorrow. We are very excited to see the results of her work and how the new pieces look in our home. I highly recommend the in-home design services. Plus, BI is a beautiful store with tasteful not trendy furnishings for every room. I am not a fan of large furniture stores which have customers traveling from room to room, seeing hundreds of pieces that they know they don’t like. I don’t need thousands of choices, just the right ones. BI is my favorite store!
I'm still waiting on a mattress set I payed for 3 weeks ago been calling past few days getting the run around you can rent to own one quicker never again
I found the design staff to be knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating. My designer was happy to take as much time as I needed to present different fabric combinations until I was satisfied. Additionally, the staff was so nice to my six year old daughter who joined me that day. They gave her bottled water, things to draw with, and even encouraged her to try out the mattresses. I am looking forward to the arrival of my new living room furniture and will be a return customer.
