Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Jonathan Bartley takes what can be complicated and confusing with the hundreds of products out there, and guides you to a mattress and foundation to meet your needs. He’s very customer oriented from the initial shopping experience to the sale to delivery. We seriously considered buying online but his customer service won out, and we ended up buying a premium set.
