It’s any normal CNBC store you will see in any normal US airport selling drinks, snacks, reading material, travel items and the thing that makes it unique is the Atlanta items they sell.

If I could rate this store negative 10 I would. I just finished my trip to Atlanta and was cold in the airport and also thought a souvenir would be nice so I set into this store for an Atlanta sweatshirt. The one I liked most didn’t have my size so I got a different color. I went to another area of the airport and saw the same store with my size in the color I loved! I was so excited. I grabbed the one I wanted and the other one I had just purchased down the hall and my receipt and asked if I could exchange. Ranae was so outwardly rude to me, clicked her tongue at me, looked me up and down and shook her head. She held the sweatshirt up and examined it up and down and said it had hair on it. Then she just stared at me. I wasn’t sure what she wanted. She then took the sweatshirt I had just tried on in the new location and looked at me and said I got hair on this one now too. I was shocked at how she was insulting me and just staring at me. I had just tried each of them on once. She finally said she’d have to call her manager, Tina, and then went to help other people in the store. She finally came back to me and called her manager and finally says to me that her manager guesses we can exchange it but now we’ll have to throw this other sweatshirt away. I said ok and she said did you hear me?? I told her that I already said ok. I won’t ever be shopping at this store again.
