Extremely rude and judgmental employees. I’m searching for a car and my friend suggested I try this place just to be disappointed. I literally walked into this place and asked to see a car. The man then proceeded to tell me he can’t because he wanted to make sure I can afford the car first. I feel very disrespected this is the only place I have gone that has ever told me anything like this. Why would I let you run my credit without making sure I actually like/want a car off your lot. I would not recommend to anyone. They are definitely trying to scam you out your money.
These guys are incredible. I thought I'd never get a car, but if you have 2 years on the job and you get automatically approved. They are nice and even helped fix a problem on MY car when I couldn't afford to take it to the shop. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
In the process of purchasing my 3rd car from them (long story) and they are all gems!! Just make your payments on time and the whole process is rather easy. Your payment history goes a long way when purchasing additional cars from them. All my cars ran great no lemons on the lot!!
I wouldn't send anybody to them ,they act like they didn't want to sell me a car when I told I was on disability they said I needed a cosigner if I wanted to use a cosigner I wouldn't have came to a buy here pay here lot so don't shop there !
Tammy and Wanda are great people to work. I purchased my car over a year ago and if there is anything I need from Colonial in reference to my vehicle they don't think twice about helping me or getting me the help I need for my car.
