I purchased a car January 24 2019. Here it is April 9 2019, and I still don’t have my tag. I am beyond frustrated because I’m currently paying for a car I can’t legally drive. Every time I call to speak to someone I get the same exact spill EVERY TIME!!! “Let me look into that for you and have someone call you back.” The finance manager was rude when I was transferred to him and hung up on me, he wouldn’t even point in the right direction to get my issue resolved. He just said “Call back and talk to somebody else, this is my personal number. I don’t know why they transferred you to me but call somebody else.” No ‘ask for such and such’ no ‘here’s a number you can call’ ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! With that being said, I don’t recommend this company because of the lack of professionalism.

I love Carfast finacial they are such nice respectful and helpful people who will work with you thru any situation your going thru. This place is awesome

Horrible customer service horrible people. They are the finance company for Tiger Hunt auto. Stay far far far away!!!
