Reminds me of publics i love this store. The only complaint most of the cashiers aren't friendly at all. They dont even Acknowledge you!nThey need you watch the video, how to be personable and how to interact with your customers.nAfter all without us, they wouldn't have a job! I can say this because I was a cashier and loved my job because I love people! Talk to your cashiers or you wont need to ask this question. God Bless

Called in 2 medicines to get. Got home and they had filled 1 I didn't ask for. Not the 1 I asked for. Lady was rude when I called and told her. She said wouldn't refund it. obviously money is easy to come by and can just pay for a useless medicine because of their mistakes!

Very helpful and courteous. They gladly placed icons on our phones which makes it so easy to order prescriptions. We transferred over from CVS and what a great difference! Finally, no stress prescription refills. Thank you Ingles pharmacy!!

I love this pharmacy. When I first needed prescription medication, I tried another pharmacy, but it was a disaster from the very beginning. So I tried Ingles. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful, and when my medication became too expensive for me to afford, they helped me find a way to make it more affordable. I could very easily go to Walmart and get my medications for a lower price, but I'm willing to pay for the convenice and great service Ingles offers. I get fuel points for my prescriptions, too, which helps offset the difference in price.nnMy doctor sent a much needed prescription to them yesterday. I called after my appointment to verify I could pick them up soon because I had been without for a few days and they said it was already ready for me. Once I arrived, Bethany was helpful and understanding and made a stressful day less stressful and more pleasant.
