He sized, tightened and cleaned my ring for a very good price! He done such a wonderful job you cant even tell it was ever sized or really even worn! I 10/10 recommend and will definitely go back to him!

I would recommend this store and Mr. Mercer to anyone! Got a custom made promise ring made by him. He was amazing at explaining the process and each step, he showed us a model before he even started and on top of that he did it quickly and went out of his way to make sure it was done on time because we were only in town for a couple days, but don’t think that affected the quality. The ring is stunning and very well crafted. We will definitely be back !
