We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Ford Expedition. We came from out of town to purchase the vehicle, and the process was seamless. Billy was extremely nice and helpful, and we were very appreciative of Tim Ford taking the time to personally show us all the bells and whistles of our SUV even though it was later in the evening and we had already gone through the purchase process. The owner and entire staff from the office to the service department are absolutely the best in the industry! We were introduced to this dealership from a friend a year ago. My family is from Florida and the Transmission went out in our Chevrolet while on vacation. I had to have our vehicle towed and was very vulnerable to be taken advantage of. It was New Year’s Eve and everyone was closed for the New Years holiday and I needed a vehicle to return home the next day. Tim first started by trying to get our car repaired. Then we decided a new vehicle was in our best interest. We were treated with kindness. Not something you see at car dealerships anymore. I will definitely call Tim and give him an opportunity on our next vehicle.

Can't say enough good things about North GA Ford. We had been looking to buy a Ford transit van for our Business (Twisted Tomato) and we found the perfect vehicle for the best price.
