Very interesting merchandise albeit a bit pricey. The customer service is by far the worst in Blue Ridge. Lady cashier was extraordinarily rude when people entered carrying a cup of tea from across the street. They sell merchandise made from wood and stone. Pretty sure tea is not a major threat. It is also pretty easy to ask for accommodations from your customers without being rude. Anyways the way the employee spoke to customers made this customer decide to continue visiting the tea store and pass on Pezrok.nnEdit: Do not buy the pricey wood carvings. They can be destroyed by a cup of tea. ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0fud83eudd25ud83dudc47nnAlso this store’s customer service and reply shows how they are completely inept at having a polite discussion. They don’t understand how to politely ask for customer accommodations.nnHOWEVER, the tea store across the street (which has wood floors ud83dude31) is delicious. Go there instead!

I came here twice during my vacation and the first time a young man was working and was the most helpful sweet person, he was working completely alone while the store was slammed and had an amazing attitude and was so helpful. Very knowledgeable about all the crystals as well. I wish I knew his name but he had dark hair and was awesome and the prices and quality is amazing!

This is a neat store! They have a huge variety of geodes and stones. I was looking for something for my daughter and stumbled in this store which was perfect! The young man behind the counter was so nice and very helpful. I would definitely go back next time we visit Blue Ridge. There was one negative person in the store - its a female, middle age, not sure if she works there or she owns it but she is little rude to customers. She made rude comments that customers can hear. Her attitude is the opposite of the young man behind the counter.

Cool shop. Purchased a geode to crack open. Employee was very informative and knowledgeable.

A really cool store tucked in the corner of blue ridge, the employees are wonderful every time I'm in here, and they always have stories about where a rock came from or how it was formed.
