This company used to be good, first off the number provided on google is no longer in service so i had to dig out the number next time i used them.n2nd off and this is a big one, they provide their own credit card based on what type of booking i do. I have gone to the hotel 2x now only for their credit card to decline and my reservation cancelled as a result.nnCompletely a waste of the service I'm paying for im better off booking direct.

Update: BCD is still complete garbage, most of their employees have no business working in a time sensitive job that requires attention to detail and accuracy. They will make your life horrible and full of stress.nnOriginal:nBeyond horrible. Migraine inducing.
