Great people but at this point no progress or success. I am hopeful this will come together and they will help me sell my time share.
I'm always skeptical of timeshare companies, but Bay Tree Solutions lived up to their promises. It took a little longer to sell than I thought it would, but be aware: patience pays off. Thanks for your help, I would recommend your services to anyone!
I had listed my property with bay tree solutions and after fielding a couple offers within the first 6 months my timeshare was listed I eventually closed on an offer around 14 months after becoming a client with bay tree. The staff there was helpful and answered all questions throughout the process. I definitely recommend using them as the customer service was second to none. I went into the whole process not sure what to expect but they were with me throughout the entire process. Great company !
Unfortunately my experience has not come close to the experiences described in previous reviews. What you pay for is a listing on a website, little or no communication from the company, and unrealistic expectations. The customer service representative is a nice person, but it has yielded no results. I would recommend using another company.
Great company to work with. I had the pleasure of working with bay tree solutions to sell my timeshare. Everyone i spoke with was super helpful and addressed any problems or concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with Bay Tree! They were Professional, polite, and effective.
