Be aware that it's a small store, independently owned, and they can get quite busy. Budget yourself a decent amount of time when you come here to have a good experience. They *will* help you if you give them the time they need.
I met Michelle today when I visited the store for the first time. She was patient and informative while she assisted me in locating orthotics for my tennis shoes. They can customize the fit of the orthotic so that you have the perfect shoe for you.
I have shopped here consistently for about 7 years and love all the shoes I’ve purchased. Besides the excellent quality of the shoes, the customer service keeps me coming back! Brian and Marsha have been super to work with. Recently I took my mother, who has Alzheimer’s, to purchase shoes. Christine was extremely patient with her, and we succeeded in finding 2 pair of shoes that fit! I’ve also purchased 2 of my favorite scarves here. Happy shopping!
Christine, the store manager, helped me today with a very difficult issue that two other medical professionals could not help me with. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I never new the value of good shoes until I visited this shoe store. Brian helped me to find just the right shoes, which were not only cute, but so comfortable! He showed me a couple others that I didn't pick out (and frankly, didn't think I would like), and one of them ended up being my very favorite shoe! I even have it in a couple colors now, thanks to Christine as well. Since then, I haven't worn any other shoes, since my feet and my back are so happy now. I never knew my back pain was due to shoes, until I found this amazing store! I have been a customer for the past 2 years and will be for good, thanks to the great team at this store!
