My original visit to this store was great the young man helped me pick out some very cute shoes to go with my dress for my baby shower. Fast forward to yesterday my experience was extremely unpleasant. The ladies that worked there all had terrible attitudes including the manager that did my exchange. They acted as if it was an issue with me exchanging shoes that I only tried on while I was IN THE STORE the first time. The heel was too high for me especially with me being 9 months pregnant! Be nice black women.
Lady with pink dreads needs to be fired very rude and nasty!
Excellent customer service and plenty of staff that are attentive to the customers. Ashley was exceptional and went above and beyond for me!
