There was a very nice employee that helped us out!
Store was having 70% on clearance and 40% on regular price. Stores are not too cluttered and staff were friendly.
Best customer Service!nnAlways heard of J Crew has good customer service. I believe it now.nI ordered a dress shirt for my son on-line and he didn't like it. I was supposed to return immediately but somehow I forgot and it was inside a bag, nobody noticed and 30 days later I found out and felt really bad that I couldn't return it according to its policy. .. I googled to see what I can do? people told me just ask nicely and they will give you store credit. So I went to try today. The gentlemen there (Alphonso) actually give me the refund back to my J crew card. ( I guess bc I am only a few days pass 30 days limit) But he is super nice!
Great customer support, good prices. That said, their prices are even better online. Nabbed some 90% off garments this spring.
Good store but needs to expand the men's section it's so small.
