Customer service is fine, probably better than Lenox. But every single time Ive needed to go (between 2:30-5pm) the store is closed for lunch, even 30 minutes to an hour after it says it will reopen. No consistency and super frustrating when you need to make returns.

Our experience with Aldo (perimeter mall, GA) initially was ok but when it was time to checkout it was horrible. As a hardworking nurse during covid-19 and trying to holiday shop this experience ruined the day. The employee,  I was told her name was Asia was extremely rude. We purchased a purse and found a mask color we were looking and asked for it to be added to the purchase for 10% off. She said she couldn’t so we asked her to refund and repurchase, she yelled and said I can’t do that. I told her to refund and repurchase and she said no she can’t do that either. The items were not final sale so I told her she needed to complete a refund. Instead of completing she called the manager over and said we want to return everything. That was a lie because it was only 2 items and we was telling the manager she was rude and what we were trying to do.nShe decided to take the mask off her face (putting customers at risk) and throw her hands in the air like she wanted to fight. She is a disgrace to Aldo stores, never in my life had this experience and I will deter anyone from going to that location. The Manager came out from the back and instead of asking what the issue was he yelled and told us to get out the store, he didn’t try to deescalate the issue either or find out what was going on. As a Manager you should diffuse the situation and if the employee don’t want to do her job just assist and do it for her. This could have been an easy transaction but she decided to cause a scene.

Spent 25 minutes just for an exchange. The clerk was not well trained. It was wasting my time.

Who in there right frame of mind would close an entire store in the middle of the day no workers in sight

Risha helped me pick out a pair of cognac Chelsea boots, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up going to nearby store to get the right size, so shout-out to her for the amazing service!!!
