I have enjoyed all my visits to this Johnston & Murphy location. Morgan is a blast to work with and Christine was incredibly helpful in choosing a breathable shoe.nnThe return policy cannot be understated, they will make things right! I'm happy I switched my shoes to Johnston & Murphy!
Zach was excellent and fast! Helped me pick out a belt and shoes. While the shoes were not in stock he was able to order it express shipping to my house.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful without being pushy. I've come in multiple times not quite knowing what I want (or thinking I know what I wanted), but when describing my goal they've been able to properly assess and get me the styles I needed.nnPlus, no matter what you pick, the styles and quality here are on-point, so you really can't go wrong.
Phenomenal customer service experience. My Johnston and Murphy shoes purchased at a different location had a badly worn sole. The manager looked at the shoes, checked when I bought them and handed me a brand new pair.nnWell done and great to see someone stand behind their brand in that manner!
