Foot Locker

This location really needs to be evaluated by corporate. I’m under constant scrutiny EVERYTIME I enter this store location. I shop frequently and I’m constantly and consistently look for new colorways in Jordans for family and I.nnSo entered PERIMETER MALL FOOTLOCKER around 6pm, April 9. I was assisted by a worker. So, I ask for the biggest size in the female Jordan that was available and displayed on the wall. She replied, 6.5 was the largest size, when I was currently holding the display shoe that was a 8 in size so 6.5 couldn’t be the largest size available. So I requested she give me the 8 since it was the bigger size shoe .nShe then came back and told me I was only limited to one shoe and said it very rudely. This wasn’t a general release, so I ordered another shoe once I got to the counter knowin that I can get a total of 5 shoes maximum. So the Store Manager (Nayah),started yelling instore and didn’t allow me to purchase anymore shoes. So my sister started towards the counter the manager (NAYAH) started yelling at my sister and told her she couldn’t order the shoes needed for my daughter/her niece. So I was denied shoes needed for my kids, so I’m currently writing this so there can be more actions taken to correct the mgmt of this location and so the customer experience can better at FOOTLOCKER Perimeter. I would hate to take my business elsewhere based off this scenario. I’m a longtime customer I shouldn’t have to experience this type of treatment from a STORE MANAGER (Nayah)nnPlease contact me:nA. Why is it that every time I come in the store it seems like I am an inconvenience the customer service is horrible I literally am watching for people standing together gossiping instead of helping me and my daughter standing staring at them looking for a shoe size and we're not the only ones and then when you do get somebody over she talks to you so fast dismisses you says that they don't have anything and then when you ask them just to get them a size will get idea what size you are in the shoes you can order a different one online they act inconvenienced about it let me go see what I have I mean this place is horrible every time I come here horrible

Please avoid this guy at all cost... He usually works around the premium section of the store in the HOUSE OF HOOPS in PERIMETER MALL. His customer service skills aren’t pleasing or delightful. It all started when I ask for a pair of Kobe Bryant Shoes. I asked what sizes were available. He then told me I couldn’t inquire about the inventory and I had to tell him my size or I couldn’t purchase the shoe there!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. He turn down my business for no apparent reason at all Then I over heard him saying he was goin to buy the remainder of the shoes so he could resell them himself. So at this point and ask for another sales rep that gladly assisted me. He showed good etiquette and handle the situation appropriately while making up for the other guys mistakes. All I ask All PATRONS of THE HOUSE OF HOOPS please avoid this SALES REP AT ALL COST. He don’t represent the company appropriately. PLEASE AVOID THIS GUY PIC ATTACHED BELOW
