Great customer service. Not crowded at all. Felt very safe to be in there.
I order a pair of shoes, received them then had to return them to a store since they did not fit. I returned them a month ago and still have not received my money back. They said it’d take three to four weeks to get the money back (shouldn’t take that long in the first place) and when I contacted them they said they never charged me for the money. I sent a screenshot showing I did and then they said it’ll take three to four weeks to see the money. ITS BEEN FOUR WEEKS. Don’t shop here unless you want your money stolen!
Spacious store with lots of shoe selection.
I love DSW! They are reasonably priced. And they have the best designer selection to chose from.
