I dislocated, broke, and had surgery on my ankle 9 weeks ago. I was given the prescription for PT by my doc, and looked for a facility close to my home. There are lots of options in my area, but this facility caught my attention because of the name...I thought about the Phoenix rising from the flames...I want to come back from my traumatic injury, and be able to once again walk, run and dance with freedom (and without pain). Though it may take some time, I am confident that Sarah was the absolute best PT choice for me. I immediately felt comfortable and confident with my choice as, from the start, Sarah thoughtfully and thoroughly went over my notes, and spoke to me about a plan of action, giving me hope of a full recovery. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a seemingly endless well of compassion for her patients. Sarah also has a special way of bringing humor and fun to one's PT, which is just a wonderful bonus. I love this office and appreciate how welcome I feel as a patient. I will be recommending this office to my family and friends when they are in need of PT treatment!

Sarah is an outstanding physical therapist, tailoring a regime to meet my specific needs while taking into consideration some limitations from a prior surgery years ago. (After only 3 visits I am already seeing an improvement in my condition.) COVID precautions are rigorously followed. Working with Ann to schedule a course of treatment was a breeze. Both Sarah and Ann are extremely personable while being very professional. I highly recommend them!

Y’all. This is the place. I have felt nothing but SAFE with the COVID precautions since starting PT here. I have felt listened to. My concerns are always heard and paid attention to, which says a lot about Dr. Taliaferro, I don’t explain my pain well but she seems to always know what I mean. She is professional and patient. Since being injured at work I have gone through the endless steps of workers comp and doctors not treating me like a “real patient” and passing my concerns off, Dr. Taliaferro is the only one that I have felt comfortable with and she is the only medical professional that hasn’t written me off as “just another workers comp” case. She’s good and passionate about what she does and a rare find for sure! She also has amazing relief docs and students that work with her. Hands down, 5 stars!

I have had the pleasure of having Sarah as my physical therapist for the past 3 years. When I started seeing Sarah i was coming for help with a painful pregnancy. But I had been dealing with a couple of medical issues that would require a few surgeries to get me back to a healthier and stronger place. Sarah has worked patiently and diligently to help me not just get rid of my pain but to get me back to where I am thriving. She understands my goals and is helping me achieve them. She is the most determined and thoughtful physical therapist I have ever worked with. If something doesn’t work out she spends time researching and figuring out other creative options to help you. My family and I could not be more grateful for Sarah and her hard work. She loves her patients dearly and will be a wonderful physical therapist for you.
