Amazing! Apparently big pharmacy drug stores are not always the way to go. When the insurance company denied a prescription, Walgreens sent it back to the Physician's Assistant (PA) to take care of instead of calling them... luckily the PA knew about Excelsior Pharmacy and called the prescription into them. They took care of it right away and got it approved through the insurance company. And they also knew it would have been a long drive to get to them so they were proactive and mailed the prescription to me. I am very grateful! Meanwhile, Walgreens is still leaving a message about my prescription being delayed... but they aren't doing anything about it. Imagine if this was a life or death prescription (it isn't luckily), but I would put a call into Excelsior before the big companies from now on.Thank you Excelsior for handling it!

The intial process was great. They contacted me about my prescription and I even requested another prescription be sent to them because of their speedy response. Unfortunately, instead of waiting a day for to receive our medication, we will be waiting at leastnfour days(was due to be delivered on a friday). I even received a text stating it would be delivered but it wasn't. It's so disappointing because, as we wait, my daughter's skin is getting worse. Hopefully we won't have these issues going forward, should we decide to use their service again.nnEDIT: Medicine came the day after it was supposed to, with explanation of delay. Thank you.

Best pharmacy experience ever! You can tell the pharmacist really cares about getting your medication to you, I will never fill prescriptions with anyone else!
