My partner loves hookah and desired to celebrate his birthday with a little session. I was so happy to find Cloud 9 complying with governmental guidelines and we had the place to ourselves!
The establishment has a very nice ambiance and the Dj was great. While that sold me I had a couple issues throughout the night. My first issue was that the hookah was made poorly! As I tried to fix the hookah I noticed that there was barely any shisha in the hookah, this causing the hookah to burn faster that normal. When bringing this to the waitresses attention she advices that she would fix it for free but instead they still charged the table for it. In the next instance my leggings ripped on the corner of their couch due to the corner of the couch sticking out with the staple visible. I advised the owner of the mishap and all he did was smile and laugh it off. So it’s safe to say that I will not be back.
Hookah was bomb, we got a tropical fusion flavor and all the waitresses are awesome. Very comfy and lit all night.
I went to this place last night and we were charged 20 dollars to enter the building and no one was in there. My fiance and I wanted to try this place because it was close to home and open late with a food menu. We only went to this place for a late night bite and was bamboozled out of 20 bucks. Then we ordered lemon pepper wings. They were cooked in old grease and only had salt on them no lemon pepper.nnIf you are in the north Fulton area do not go to this place. It seems to only be for the 18 to 25 age group and their food is nasty and the door man will charge you to get in even if you only want to order food. An absolute waste of money and time. NEVER AGAIN will I ever patronize this business. They are not worth one red cent.
Second time being there with my fiance and I have to say we actually really really love it the bartender is awesome and the girls that walk around with the hoof is there very nice they do their job very well
