Managers attitude is extremely horrible... was treated so bad today im sure i will not be returning and thats probably his wishes... when you witness him speaking nice to the white people then he look at you and pretty much dismiss you... rush you and wish not to answer any of your questions it's time for me to spend my hard earned coins elsewhere... always was in contact with Kevin or the young lady that stock but the manager is rude rude rude with a NASTY attitude... Think twice before spending your coins with this company ... AND WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR NO REASON

I've been shopping with this vendor for 7 years and in the last 6 months 3 of my online orders they switched product to a smaller size which would have been a cheaper price. They didn't give me my refund/credit or opt to send me the correct merchandise. They said I would just have a credit on my account, but when I ordered again was not able to use the credit. I thought it was just a mistake the first time but not I think it is being done on purpose. Will not shop online anymore. I love the merchandise so I may still go to the store but definitely NOT online.

Went into this store and I had a shopping bag from a previous store! The store next door where I just spent 1000 dollars. As me and my friend walked in, I asked the guy at the register should I leave my shopping bag with him or am I allowed to take it with me!?!?! He said he will take it! So I handed it to him and as I walked away he stops me and says give me your purse too and Your friends purse also!!! What?!?!?? Mind you my friend is 50! She’s like my mother/mentor! There were other women in the store shopping with their purse on their arms! But the only difference was that they were white and we were black! I asked for my shopping bag back and we left out! I shopped there before a few years back and I don’t remember me having to leave my purse with anyone! I will continue to go to LA and China and do all my shopping for my store with the vendors I know, love and developed a great relationship with! They’ll never see another penny of my money or my friends and family! I will be sure to tell everyone that will listen about these racist orientals!
