“Terrible customer service of 2021”nShe literally said go to other Swarovski store. Wow ud83dude33 I highly do NOT recommend this store if you want good customer service. They only care about sales and do NOT treat you fairly. Especially asian lady was very very super mega RUDE. She was trying to argue and raised her voice first on the customer. Whether it is return or purchase they should treat you the same. This place seriously does not know how to treat customers right and they really need a lot more training.
Very rude employees. Made us feel uncomfortable while trying to get something repaired. The manager has a very off-putting attitude and has made the process incredibly difficult to do a simple transactions. (We have made 4 different trips to this location.
I love this place, a figurine or decoration for everyone. I do wish the prices matched online a bit better, i do like purchasing locally.
My bracelets’ clasp broke and Robin’s customer service was great. I had gotten my bracelet fixed with no problems. Thank you Robin!
Good service. The store is very organize and clean, they have gloves and sanitize everything before they put back to the show box. They also try to help me with everything I need. Look for Juliana or Robin they are fantastic and super nice.
