Worst customer service ever!!nnIf I could give a lower score than one star, I would.nnOne salesperson in particular had the worst disposition. I watched 3 customers ahead of me abruptly walk out of the store after her poor customer service. NO ONE has to put up with her nasty attitude after standing in line to get inside your store.nnThis is who Pandora wants representing their company???nIf so, I choose not to do business with them. First time at that store-- I won't be back!!nnNeed to take a lesson from Von Maur department store employees next door. They know how to treat their customers-‐ They get it right ever time!!!

I’ve been calling the same store for three days now and they don’t answer the phone, I drove 40 minutes just to find out that the representative says they don’t offer a service that I know for a fact they do. The other stores in the general area said they offer the service as well as corporate when speaking to the sales associate she tells me it’s only available online that is incorrect I would just have rather her say I don’t know how to work the service. Total waste of time for the customer

Love pandora stuff but if I order a pick up in store order, I should not have to wait an hr in line with regular shoppers! I did pick up in store to avoid having to stand around too many extra people.

My son purchased a bracelet for me with 3 charms. I was excited to receive it but became disappointed because the lock was broken. I went to the Perimeter Pandora and was disappointed because they could not repair the lock or exchange the bracelet. It’s cheap and I can buy 4 more but the fact is my son save his own money bought it and it’s the sentiments behind it. I have never even got the opportunity to wear the bracelet. If you care about your customers experience I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me.

I was given a gift for Christmas, but I was also given the receipt. The chic told me I had to do an exchange online. However the email she sent me with the bar code says I can return or exchange IN THE STORE. Somebody needs to be retrained, nobody speaks to you when you enter. And what happen to welcome to Pandora smh. They have a 50% off sign up and the chic tell me we’re all sold out of the items. HORRIBLE experience at this location.
