I've found this location to be unprofessional and ill-equipped. We waited in line for an extended amount of time for there to only be 2 customers ahead of me. There were many times when employees were having seemingly personal conversations with each other while customers were being serviced, slowing productivity. When I finally reached the front of the line, the cashier made eye contact with me, then turned around to talk to another employee. I waited thinking she must not know how to do returns. She left. Eventually, the other employees behind the counter left. And the only person on the floor was the piercer. So I left upset and disrespected. I came back later to find a new crew and a broken cash register.

I love this store employees are nice and helpful and its clean inside. They have a nice selection of stuff specifically the pusheen merchandise towards the back of the store really adorable and the price isn't bad.

I had a wonderful experience here. I needed help figuring out what to do about my Daughter's ears. Kimberly the store manager was amazing. She explained what She thought was best. And we went with her decision to pierce her ears again took no time at all. Kimberly also told me about some great deals they had. Great job Kimberly
