Clothing selection is amazing, however the customer service could have been better. No eye contact or pleasantries from cashier. She actually looked as though she was no in the mood to be bothered, but was extremely busy in the store.

If you return anything make sure you get your return receipts before leaving the store. I returned two items and never recieved my money after checking my bank account 3 weeks later. I only recieved one return invoice by email but no money.. The sales person did not know what he was doing. The manager couldnt find no transactions for either return in their system. They did nothing about it accept refer me to a email that's supposed to be corporate and I recieved no response, not surprising. Now I'm just out of $40.00. This is my 3rd bad experience with this company. I will never purchase anything from them again. Their goal is to keep your money no matter what. Poor customer service.

Why bother having a mask policy if your employees insist on wearing them around their necks? Thank goodness for the plastic divider between us and the employee when checking out. Ridiculous. Also... The neck-mask employee was the slowest checkout lady I've ever seen. Another (proper mask wearing) employee offered to help, and she sent her away? There were four people in line. Why? Policies are pointless if they're not inforced. I understand retail workers can only do so much to get shoppers to wear masks, but employees wearing masks?
