They tried to sell my sister a clearly crooked ring. The employee named Mina was very unprofessional (rude) and invalidating, trying to imply we were crazy for seeing that it is crooked. 5 other people said it was crooked. A person so uncaring about the customer's satisfaction should not work in customer service. They finally fixed the ring after 3 more tries. Would not recommend this jeweler. Overpriced and not great customer service.

Service, price, professionalism, and commitment to make your jewelry purchase and experience excellent! Great customer resolution process should you have issues with your purchases. Kay works with you during Covid so your credit doesn’t suffer! Visit the perimeter mall store and ask for CJ! He is patient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, And you will enjoy your visit. If he isn’t there, ask for Mena. They both have great taste and knowledge concerning jewelry.

Dropped my Movado off back in February 2020 for repair. Approved the $183 charge.... They called me 2 or 3 times to pick it during prime covid to pick it up.. finally made it there after more then 10 months and the watch wasn’t even fixed.
