I’m sad to be writing this because this was my favorite car wash. I ran through the wash and when I got out at the end I noticed my front two rims were still dirty. I asked the working working out side at the front if I could run it through again. She went to ask someone. Some guy came talked to me. He said he couldn’t let me run it through again because it wasn’t a “legitimate reason.” He said they don’t clean rims. And he said the owner just isn’t concerned or care about rims. Sadly, I won’t be able to come back if tha their attitude towards it. I just don’t think it was that big of a deal to let me run it through again when I still had tire dust all over my rims.

The first speedy car wash I’ve been to where they have not one but two people scrubbing your car. And they took their time to make sure to get the places the car wash normally misses. I was super impressed! I will be coming back to this location even though it’s somewhat out of the way for me

I always go here, I tend to vaccum my car BEFORE I get it washed. I know there sign says wash first, but the way u have to park at the vaccum stations doesn't make sense for you to wash first and vaccum after *shrug*

The washing equipment at this facility leaves soap on the back of some SUVs and trucks. Something must be broken with the final rinse process. It doesn’t clean the rear properly and it looks like it has been going on for a while when looking through the reviews after the fact. This is after the $12 wheel deal. Service guys were not helpful either. Seems to be a common issue to them. Take your business to the many automatic car washed in nearby East Cobb that work so much better and with stellar customer service!

The monthly membership is over priced in my opinion at $45 a month I shouldn’t have to pay for additional services like lava wax etc.nOtherwise it’s a cool spot the vacuum suction is super strong and I love that about it.
