Mike Rezi Nissan Atlanta

I was referred to Mike Rezi Nissan by a family member. My experience with them started online before I was connected with my sales team member, Cole S. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone from start to finish was great! Cole matched our enthusiasm for finding the right car, answering all of our questions and making sure it was what I wanted to purchase. He kept up with our energy throughout it all and I really appreciated that! The finance team members were great as well. I believe it was Larry and Sean K. Again, everyone was so nice and I left with the car I came for. The most pain-less car buying experience I've ever had, I'd actually say I had fun! Thanks for everything Cole and team!

Great experience. I am always reluctant to go into a dealership because it feels like they are pressuring you so much to buy a car immediately. I didn't get that feeling at all. Our salesman, CM Patel was great - very patient, and I felt no pressure at all. I even left to talk it over with my husband and bought the car the next day. The showroom and the service center are very clean and modern looking - like the Apple store. Everyone was very friendly and seemed very happy working there. Would buy from them again. Love, love love my new LEAF!!

Buying a new car was the least stressful part of my day. Cory helped me with the entire process. He was quick and helpful. He explained everything in an easy way. I have always been hesitant to visit the dealership where I actually bought my car (or one in general really), because I always thought they were extremely expensive and would be a hassle. I am so glad that I decided to come into Mike Rezi Nissan though!nnI knew the dealership was fancy since I did see it when I bought my car here, but I underestimated the value of having a place that cares about its customers service my vehicle.nnFrom the moment I arrived the service consultant that assisted me, Sean Joyner, was absolutely wonderful. When I arrived (10 minutes late) he was still ready and eager to assist me with a smile. He quickly got me checked in and showed me to the waiting area while my car received the multi-point inspection. The waiting area was spacious and beautiful (though a tad bit cold) and had plenty of areas for working professionals to be able to work while their car was being tended to.nnThe inspection for my car was completed before the quoted time, but it wasn't so fast that the inspection didn't seem thorough. Sean saw that there was a computer recall on the car and after my authorization that was taken care of, then after the inspection he came and sat with me and discussed the ins and out of what was going on with my car (thankfully nothing too major!).nnThe one issue I told them I was concerned about they were able to replicate during the drive, but they offered to do a drive with me and we were able to have the issue seen too from there. I believe the kind technician that assisted me was Isaiah.nnAfter my inspection they even got my car in for a wash!nnI will say that sometimes you get what you pay for and in my case I got everything without spending a dime. It was an amazing experience and I have been made a believer in going to dealerships now, more specifically this will become my dealership of choice.nnThank you to the Mike Rezi Nissan staff for all that you have done to make my visit as pain-free and pleasant as possible!
