Horrible Dealership! Please go somewhere else. Customer service is poor, starting with the general manager. I have lupus and wasnt feeling well and they knew it. However, I needed a car bc my engine died. Visited the dealership in the day time after seeing a car online. When they finally brought it out, it was night time and rainy. When I got a chance to really view it, it had scratches and the bumper had several dings. Their plan was precise. Wait until its dark and for the rain to start to impede my view. They also pulled the car in backwards so that I couldnt see the bumper. They took advantage of my illness and I will never refer anyone to this delearship. I also came preapproved and they ran my credit 6 times. ud83dude21

Beware of the finance manager Tony Canton he is dishonest and a bad face for this dealership ! When I caught him fudging the numbers he got so upset and so combative I was about to let him see a different side of me real quick. The next day folks he had ran my credit of 720 too 9 different banks! That means9 hard inquiries on my credit report . Next day I called Nalley to speak with him and he hung the phone up in my face I'm going to report him to the Better Business Bureau...

Matt was easy to work with and took the time to listen. Also when we wanted to have a longer test drive he accommodated our needs, and listen to our concerns.
