I rarely take time to write reviews but this place is amazing. I have owned three Mercedes in the past 6 years, so I am somewhat knowledgeable of these vehicles. I came in with a engine check light on my 2 year old C Class. The staff said I need to pay $149 for the inspection cost up front. I know the vehicle is under warranty, but I don't want to drive another 15 minutes to Buckhead with a shaking car. After 20 minutes, the owner came out and told me he fixed my car! He also did not charge me and told me that I need to go to Mercedes dealership if problem like this arises again so I don't have to lose anything out of my pocket. He really put customer's best interest into his business. I will continue come back for my services!

Got into a substantial accident with our first Mercedes (heartbreaking!). We had it towed directly to MBT in Chamblee based on the great reviews and the location, and I am so glad we did. They explained in detail every step of the process, sent text updates w/ videos, and got the GLS 450 looking and performing like new. Always around to pick up the phone or answer a text. I really love how prideful they are with their work - you can tell they know what they're doing and love it. Everything was so reasonable and they were easy and trustworthy. No use taking the car anywhere else!
My Car had a flat and I needed a tire. This place was the only place I could find with a tire for my car. They were so accommodating and professional! They were able to fit me in even in afternoon when my tow was delayed 5 hours!thank you for turning a bad day of disappoints into a great one!! And making sure I am safe as I ended up needing two tires and you did not hesitate to make that happen!!!
