I was in the market for a new truck and Hennessy Ford had one I wanted to test drive. Only after test driving two others at other dealers did I end up at Hennessy. I was greeted promptly and friendly. I was connected with Kelvin who grabbed the truck for our drive. I quickly determined they had the truck that fit my budget and styling. We quickly filled out the paperwork and I was off to Finance where I was greeted warmly by Jonathan the F&I Manager. He buzzed through the financial items needed to finalize my purchase. All in all my experience was as easy as any purchase I have ever made. Great group of folks and I will be buying again from them in the future. Highly recommend for others.

Incredibly pleasant shopping and purchasing process. No pressure. Easy going sales and management team. Highly informed about their Lincoln products and patient with respect to customer decision making. Very accessible for questions via text, email, phone . . . and very responsive. Very, very customer oriented. (I’ve been an Infinity customer for 15 years/5 cars. If the service provided me so far by Lincoln continues as it has been, they will have surpassed, in my mind, the very excellent service I grew to admire in the Infinity world.) And I am extremely pleased with my purchase!!!!! I chose the Aviator Plug-in Hybrid and, so far, I absolutely love the driving experience. The ride is solid, quiet, and smooth. The interior design is relaxing and ergonomically really well designed. The Revel sound system is the best sound system in a car I have ever heard. And the entire cabin experience is just like in the commercials - soothing and spectacular.nnSuper!!!!

After leaving a dealership down the road (who were very rude) we pulled into Hennessy late in the evening. We were greeted by a very nice receptionist whom found us a salesman, Kelvin. Kelvin was very nice and knowledgeable about Ford vehicles. He did not pressure us, wasn’t pushy and just let us make our own decision. The whole process was swift and so easy. Customer service was TOP notch and the dealership was so clean. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

What a wonderful experience it was to buy our 2021 Lincoln Aviator. From start to finish, it was the easiest transaction by far. We went in knowing what we wanted and were greeted warmly by Darryl Harris (Lincoln Specialist) and Nick (Sales Manager). Darryl was a car buyer's dream... not pushy, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He spent so much time making sure we knew all the bells and whistles to our SUV and the different options of each model, not at ALL swaying us in any direction. And, while we are always anxious when dealing with a sales manager, Nick made us feel comfortable from the beginning by being a great listener and listening to our car buying needs. WE will definitely recommend Hennessy Lincoln Atlanta, Darryl Harris and Nick. Please be sure to ASK FOR DARRYL and you won't be sorry! Best dealership experience we have EVER had!

I purchased my Navigator at Hennessy Lincoln and also have the vehicle serviced here as well. So far I have had 3 routine services and 1 issue. I have worked with Nick Odom each time and each time, Nick never disappoints. He is quick to respond, highly knowledgeable and is honest and trustworthy. I actually sent my vehicle in once for what I thought was an alignment issue. Nick called to let me know that they checked it and there was no issue to correct, even forwarded me the report to verify. He sent the vehicle back and had the car washed first, so it actually came back better than when I had sent in! Great customer service from Nick and he's the guy I always call first there. Even when he's not available, his colleagues are quick to jump in and make sure everything is being handled. Hennessy Lincoln has most definitely earned our trust and business! You should feel confident in both purchasing from there and having your car serviced. Always a great experience at Hennessy Lincoln!
