The entire experience at Nalley was the best I’ve had purchasing a car. Previous experiences have been the typical car buying excruciating and exhausting experience. Not at Nalley. Jennifer was very professional and friendly and made the process enjoyable. Corey, the general sales manager, helped facilitate the process with his customer orientation. We got a great deal in a great car. We will be repeat customers. I highly recommend Corey and Jennifer to my friends and family.

Went to see a Tesla listed online and Jennifer Townsend was our sales consultant and she was fantastic. She was very helpful and friendly. She was not pushy either which we appreciated. The car was as advertised and they were willing to negotiate on their list price. Jennifer was the reason we pulled the trigger on our purchase that day.
I went in for just a test drive but Steven Smith and Jay Vaughn are the best. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle today. It wasn’t hectic, nor long/drawn out experience and they both offered great customer service. Thoroughly explained every detail and answered all my questions. I truly thought this was going to be a stressful experience but the service was Better than I’ve had in a long time!!! I highly recommend this dealership but also these two individuals. We had a great experience at Infiniti of Atlanta. Jennifer Townsend was wonderful to work with. She took the time to find us a car within our budget and mileage. We are so happy with our purchase and the entire car buying experience we had with Jennifer and the rest of the team. We went to five other dealerships, but this was by far our best experience.
